• Automatic translation into up to 29 languages
• Placeholder protection for formatting
• Translation Memory for cost savings
• Management of translation projects

3. Responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the content you have translated through our service.

You assure that:

• You own the necessary rights to the uploaded content
• The content does not infringe on third-party rights
• The content does not violate applicable law
• You are authorized to have the content translated

4. Disclaimer

We do not provide any warranty or liability for:

• Quality of translations: The translations are generated by AI models. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose
• Availability: We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee it
• Data loss: You are responsible for backing up your data
• Legal compliance: You are responsible for checking whether the translations are suitable for your purpose
• Damages from incorrect translations: We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect translations

5. Prices and payment

The prices are displayed transparently on our website. The prices shown at the time of ordering apply.

• Payment is made exclusively through Stripe
• All prices include the statutory value-added tax
• Invoices are automatically sent via email

6. Use of Translation Memory

When you create a project, we store your translations in the Translation Memory. This helps save costs for future translations. You can at any time:

• View and edit individual translations
• Delete the Translation Memory
• Completely delete projects

7. Use of AI Services

We use various AI services for translations:

• OpenAI (GPT models)
• Anthropic (Claude)
• DeepSeek
• Mistral AI (planned)

Your uploaded texts will be transmitted to these services. Details can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination and Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time. After deletion, all your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Services already paid for will not be refunded.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. You will be informed by email of significant changes. By continuing to use the service after changes to the terms and conditions, you agree to the new terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention. The place of jurisdiction is Munich, as far as legally permissible.

11. Severability Clause

If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are or become ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
